This newly created full time opportunity would suit an experienced, strategic Customer Service Manager with a focus on maintaining an efficient and motivated work environment and positive Customer experience and outcomes. Overseeing 4 Customer Service staff, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing and overseeing KPI’s and standards to continually achieve best practice outcomes.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will enjoy the variety every day brings including;

  • Coaching the Customer Service team to provide the best service possible
  • Setting, implementing & monitoring KPI’s
  • Developing service procedures, policies and standards
  • Allocating calls and emails to staff to maintain orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Building relationships, generating sales and managing Customer relationships
  • Driving and ensuring Customers are engaged throughout their experience
  • Efficiently delegating certain Customer enquiries to specific teams
  • Effectively resolving customer issues and following through to successful outcomes
  • Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions
  • Recruiting, mentoring and developing the Customer Service function
  • Maintaining an environment to enable staff to excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Reporting on team results
  • Analysing statistics and compiling accurate reports and more

Ideally, your previous experience and skills include;

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager position within the Wholesale or Retail sector
  • Experience overseeing a small team to achieve successful outcomes
  • Setting and implementing KPI’s and standards to achieve best practice
  • Customer centric & strategic focus
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, investigative nature
  • Advanced multi-tasking skills and troubleshooting for resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and EDI procedures
