Due to increased workload, this Australian owned and trusted brand requires an HR Administrator/ All-Rounder to support the HR team. This full time temporary position requires a self-starter to support the team in a varied Admin role including;
-Recruitment assistance ie: job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks etc
-Administering on-boarding and off-boarding in the internal system
-Planning inductions and employee training (internal and external)
-Administration assistance with Reward & Loyalty programmes
-Complete probation period process
-Monitoring the HR inbox
-Assisting with dept communications eg: Newsletters and updates
-Typing letters, data entry, updating database & archiving
-Reviewing documents to ensure compliance
-Liaising with various internal depts including hiring Managers, agencies, payroll etc

Whether you are studying HR or a related field or have related experience, preferably you have;
-Studies (current or completed) or relevant related experience
-Availability to work full time hours
-Int MS Office skills and attention to detail
-Excellent organisation and time management skills
-Excellent written & Verbal skills
