You will enjoy the variety & responsibility in this Senior role with duties involving;

  • Providing service & admin support to the Sydney branch and regionals
  • Managing the end to end of Service call life cycle, including logging service calls, allocating technicians, ordering parts & invoicing
  • Perform quality controls and monitor WIP, load invoices and work orders on client portals
  • Run overdue reports and coordinate completion of services/works
  • Timesheet data entry, including maintenance and batching
  • Control incoming and outgoing of stock and transfer orders
  • Administer purchase orders
  • Inbox management
  • Inbound and outbound calls to facilitate Technicians and customer requests promptly
  • Document management in accordance with the business unit
  • Generation of Condition Reports for customers
  • Complete invoicing
  • Work with the service team to continuously review, improve and implement processes for increased efficiencies

Ideally, you will bring;

  • Strong Administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure, with solid communication skills
  • Prior exposure to billing/invoicing
  • High degree of computer literacy including in Microsoft products.
  • Excellent co-ordination & time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong customer focus
