  • Recording field based information
  • Entering works details into CRM systems
  • Obtaining & recording all required job/ works details
  • Updating customers re: notifications
  • Compile & issue quotes (automated information)
  • Provide Company pricing
  • Data entering rates into the system
  • Following up quotes with customers to create job orders
  • Administration assistance for Field staff and Sales Reps
  • Meet KPI’s

You will bring;

  • Ability to operate in a fast paced/ high volume environment
  • Accurate data entry and methodical follow up
  • Ability to follow up with the aim to convert quotes into Sales
