This exciting opportunity involves managing a residential portfolio within the Hills area and surrounds including;
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants re: all aspects of the portfolio including:
- Arranging and attending periodic inspections
- Arranging and organising maintenance
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Liaising and delegating with trades for repairs
- Following up tenant arrears and repairs
- Lease renewals & negotiations
- Educating clients on current rental market valuations and trends
- Attending regular training sessions
Requirements for the role include:
- A can-do attitude and team focus
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence (a must)
- Monday – Friday availability with the occasional Saturday
