This newly created full time, permanent opportunity is available for a process oriented, hands-on Business Administrator, providing Administration support for Customer Service, Finance and Operations Depts. This unique opportunity is perfect for someone with related experience working with a successful small to medium sized business.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, and liaising with various departments, you will enjoy the variety as every day will be different!

  • Store invoicing (national) & exporting invoices daily (via pdf)
  • Entering data into Powerlink
  • Setting up new customers in the system
  • Answering approx. 20 calls per day, as 1st or 2nd point of contact
  • Providing information to customers including ETA’s, consignment queries, back-orders, short supply, order tracking etc
  • Liaising with warehouse staff regarding out of stocks
  • Supporting Stocktaking Procedures
  • Product / Material & Master Data Maintenance
  • Maintaining & updating product codes, pricing & categories
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets & extracting & exporting data
  • Supporting Financial and Operations procedures
  • Producing weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports

Ideally, you will have;

  • Previous Office Support &/ or Data Entry/ Administration experience
  • Customer service experience with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude
  • Process oriented and a willingness to participate in improvements
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to liaise with various depts across the business
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail & organisational skills
