You will be enjoy the autonomy of the role and the variety that every day brings! This dual role involves Accounts & Payroll duties along with Senior Administration support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

This ‘hands-on’ position will involve:

  • Payroll (weekly), tax and superannuation processing (18 staff)
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties
  • Creating tax & sub-contractor reports
  • Tracking & monitoring Clients & jobs progress
  • Issuing safety compliance docs
  • Accounts data entry (daily)
  • Invoicing jobs
  • Assisting with compiling quotes & tenders
  • Answering phones, emails & office support
  • Vehicle registrations
  • Updating jobs progress in MYOB and issuing progress invoices
  • Stock monitoring & more…!!

Required experience for this position will include:

  • Accounts or Bookkeeping experience (AP, AR & Payroll)
  • Knowledge of tax, super and compliance reporting
  • Experience in a similar, varied role
  • MYOB, Int- Advanced Excel & Google docs exp desirable
  • Experience in Construction or Building is an advantage
  • Experience with small to medium sized Company(s) an advantage
