You will be enjoy the autonomy of the role and the variety that every day brings! This dual role involves Accounts & Payroll duties along with Senior Administration support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
This ‘hands-on’ position will involve:
- Payroll (weekly), tax and superannuation processing (18 staff)
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties
- Creating tax & sub-contractor reports
- Tracking & monitoring Clients & jobs progress
- Issuing safety compliance docs
- Accounts data entry (daily)
- Invoicing jobs
- Assisting with compiling quotes & tenders
- Answering phones, emails & office support
- Vehicle registrations
- Updating jobs progress in MYOB and issuing progress invoices
- Stock monitoring & more…!!
Required experience for this position will include:
- Accounts or Bookkeeping experience (AP, AR & Payroll)
- Knowledge of tax, super and compliance reporting
- Experience in a similar, varied role
- MYOB, Int- Advanced Excel & Google docs exp desirable
- Experience in Construction or Building is an advantage
- Experience with small to medium sized Company(s) an advantage
